Sec. 1103.522. REINSTATEMENT OF CERTIFICATE OR LICENSE

A person whose certificate or license has been revoked or a person who has surrendered a certificate or license issued by the board may not apply to the board for reinstatement until the second anniversary of the date of revocation or surrender.
