Sec. 1104.216. APPLICATION FOR REHEARING

(a) Not later than the 20th day after the date a final decision is issued in a contested case, a party may file an application with the board for a rehearing. The application must state:
(1) the specific grounds for rehearing; and
(2) the relief sought.
(b) The application is denied if the board does not grant it before the 120th day after the date the commissioner is served with the application.
