Sec. 1151.252. PROHIBITED ACTIONS WHILE REGISTRATION OR CERTIFICATION IS REVOKED OR SUSPENDED

(a) A person commits an offense if the person performs an appraisal, assessment, or collection function while the person's registration or certification with the department is not active.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
