Sec. 1303.051. GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF COMMISSION; DELEGATION

(a) The commission shall administer this chapter and may adopt and enforce rules necessary to implement this chapter.
(b) The commission may delegate a power, right, or duty under this chapter to the administrator or assistant administrator of the commission.
