Sec. 1303.406. CRIMINAL PENALTY

(a) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) wilfully violates this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter; or
(2) knowingly makes a false statement with respect to a report or a statement required by this chapter.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
