Sec. 1305.251. GROUNDS FOR DENIAL OR DISCIPLINARY ACTION

A person is subject to denial of a license application or disciplinary action under Section 51.353 if the person violates:
(1) this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter; or
(2) a rule or order of the executive director or commission.
