Sec. 787. TOLLING OF GENERAL STATUTES OF LIMITATION

  • The general statutes of limitation are tolled:

    (1) by filing a claim that is legally allowed and approved; or

    (2) by bringing a suit on a rejected and disapproved claim not later than the 90th day after the date of rejection or disapproval.
