Sec. 74.704. ASSISTANCE IN ENFORCEMENT

Latest version.

If the comptroller or the attorney general requests, the State Auditor, Banking Commissioner of Texas, securities commissioner, commissioner of insurance, savings and mortgage lending commissioner, Credit Union Commission, Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas, or any district or county attorney shall assist the comptroller or attorney general in enforcing this title.
