Sec. 11.0173. PROHIBITION ON TOBACCO ADVERTISING

(a) In this section, "publication" includes the publication of a book, magazine, photograph, poster, or bulletin.
(b) The department may not accept an advertisement that promotes the sale of tobacco in a publication sponsored or published by the department.
