Sec. 11.042. FUNDS DEPOSITED IN TREASURY

Latest version.

All money paid to the department under this code or allocated to the department under Section 151.801, Tax Code, other than money received under Subchapter C, Chapter 12, or Chapter 21 of this code, shall be deposited in the State Treasury and may be used only for the administration of this code.
