Sec. 21.005. FORM, DENOMINATION, PLACE OF PAYMENT

Latest version.

The department shall determine:
(1) the form of the bonds, including the form of any interest coupons to be attached;
(2) the denominations of the bonds; and
(3) the places for payment of principal and interest.
