Sec. 1001.001. DEFINITIONS

In this chapter:
(1) "Board" means the board of hospital managers of the district.
(2) "District" means the City of Amarillo Hospital District.
(3) "Governing body" means the governing body of the City of Amarillo.
(4) "Manager" means a member of the board.
