Sec. 1005.102. RESTRICTION ON COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL TAXATION AND DEBT

Baylor County and the City of Seymour may not impose a tax or issue a bond or other obligation for hospital purposes or to provide medical care or other services the district provides to district residents.
