Sec. 1006.004. DISTRICT TERRITORY

Latest version.

(a) The boundaries of the district are coextensive with the boundaries of County Commissioners Precincts 1, 3, and 4 of Floyd County as those boundaries existed on January 1, 1963.
(b) Territory may not be annexed or added to the district.
