Sec. 1012.102. RESTRICTION ON COUNTY OR MUNICIPALITY TAXATION AND DEBT

Childress County or a municipality in Childress County may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or for medical treatment of indigent persons in the district.
