Sec. 1016.113. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR INVESTIGATORY OR OTHER SERVICES

The board may contract with a political subdivision or governmental agency for the district to provide investigatory and other services as to the hospital or welfare needs of district inhabitants.
