Sec. 1025.110. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS

A construction contract that involves an expenditure of more than the amount provided by Section 271.024, Local Government Code, may be made only after competitive bidding as provided by Subchapter B, Chapter 271, Local Government Code.
