Sec. 1026.115. REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES

If the district provides care or treatment for a sick or injured person who is not a district resident, the district may collect the reasonable value of the hospital care from a political subdivision responsible for that care. Venue in any court proceeding is in Parmer County.
