Sec. 1032.110. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS

A construction contract that involves the expenditure of more than the amount provided by Section 271.024, Local Government Code, may be made only after competitive bidding in the manner provided by Subchapter B, Chapter 271, Local Government Code.
