Sec. 1039.114. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR INVESTIGATORY OR OTHER SERVICES

The board may contract with a political subdivision or governmental agency for the district to provide investigatory or other services as to the medical, hospital, or welfare needs of district inhabitants.
