Sec. 1052.102. RESTRICTION ON POLITICAL SUBDIVISION TAXATION AND DEBT

A political subdivision located within the district may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes for the area of the district or to provide medical care for district inhabitants.
