Sec. 1057.054. RECORDS OF PROCEEDINGS  


Latest version.
  • (a) The secretary shall keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting.

    (b) After each meeting:

    (1) the manager presiding at the meeting shall read and sign the record; and

    (2) the secretary shall attest the record.
