Sec. 1057.102. RESTRICTION ON POLITICAL SUBDIVISION TAXATION AND DEBT

A political subdivision in Matagorda County, other than the district, may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or to provide medical care in the district.
