Sec. 1058.253. ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION BY COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR

Unless an election is held under Section 1058.254, the tax assessor-collector of Upton County shall assess and collect taxes imposed by the district.
