Sec. 1060.155. DEPOSITORY

Latest version.

(a) The board by resolution shall designate a bank in Menard County as the district's depository. A designated bank serves for two years until a successor is designated.
(b) All district money shall be deposited in the district's depository and secured in the manner provided for securing county funds.
