Sec. 1063.108. TAKEOVER OF NONPROFIT HOSPITAL PROPERTY

The district may take over and may accept title to land, buildings, improvements, and equipment of a nonprofit hospital in the district if the governing authority of the hospital and district agree to the transfer.
