Sec. 1067.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM

Latest version.

(a) The district consists of nine elected directors.
(b) Directors serve staggered three-year terms.
(c) An election shall be held on the uniform election date in May of each year to elect the appropriate number of directors.
(d) The election order must state the time, place, and purpose of the election.
