Sec. 1070.063. HEALTH CARE AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

The board may spend district money, enter into agreements, and take other necessary action to conduct, participate in, or otherwise assist in providing health care and professional educational, development, or retraining programs for current or prospective medical staff members or district employees.
