Sec. 1071.112. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR INVESTIGATORY OR OTHER SERVICES

The board may contract with a political subdivision or governmental agency to provide investigatory or other services related to facilities for the medical care, hospital, or welfare needs of district inhabitants.
