Sec. 1077.102. RESTRICTION ON POLITICAL SUBDIVISION TAXATION AND DEBT

A political subdivision in the district, other than the district, may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes for medical treatment of indigent persons in the district.
