Sec. 1081.113. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR INVESTIGATORY AND OTHER SERVICES

The board may contract with a political subdivision or governmental agency for the district to provide investigatory or other services for the hospitalization needs of district inhabitants.
