Sec. 1082.102. RESTRICTION ON GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY TAXATION AND DEBT

Nolan County, the City of Sweetwater, or any other governmental entity in which the district is located may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or to provide medical care for district residents.
