Sec. 1085.102. RESTRICTION ON POLITICAL SUBDIVISION TAXATION AND DEBT

Parker County or a municipality in Parker County may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or for medical treatment of indigent persons in the district.
