Sec. 1090.102. RESTRICTION ON POLITICAL SUBDIVISION TAXATION AND DEBT

Refugio County or any municipality or nonprofit hospital in the district may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or to provide medical care.
