Sec. 1093.102. RESTRICTION ON POLITICAL SUBDIVISION TAXATION AND DEBT

A political subdivision located within the district or that has the same boundaries as the district may not impose a tax on district residents or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or to provide medical care.
