Sec. 1101.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM

(a) The district is governed by a board of seven directors elected as follows:
(1) one director elected from each commissioners precinct; and
(2) three directors elected from the district at large.
(b) Directors serve staggered four-year terms.
(c) An election shall be held in each even-numbered year on the May uniform election date under Section 41.001, Election Code, to elect the appropriate number of directors.
