Sec. 1108.112. CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR SERVICES

The board may contract with a political subdivision or governmental agency for the district to provide mobile emergency medical services and investigatory or other services as to facilities for the medical care, hospital, or welfare needs of district inhabitants.
