Sec. 1111.058. RECORDS OF PROCEEDINGS

  • (a) The board shall require the board secretary to keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting.

    (b) After each meeting:

    (1) the manager presiding at the meeting shall read and sign the record; and

    (2) the board secretary shall attest the record.
