Sec. 1111.253. ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION BY COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR

Unless the board elects to have taxes assessed and collected by its own tax assessor-collector under Section 1111.254, the tax assessor-collector of Walker County shall assess and collect taxes imposed by and for the district.
