Sec. 3503.201. GENERAL AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS

To exercise a power granted under this chapter, the authority may issue bonds to acquire, purchase, construct, maintain, repair, improve, or extend works, improvements, facilities, plants, buildings, structures, appliances, and property.
