Sec. 3835.105. AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT

To protect the public interest, the district may contract with Fort Bend County or the City of Richmond or Rosenberg for the county or the city to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee.
