Sec. 3836.103. AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT FOR PUBLIC SAFETY SERVICES

To protect the public interest, the district may contract with a qualified party, including Austin County or any municipality, to provide law enforcement, public safety, fire, or emergency medical services in the district for a fee.
