Sec. 3837.103. AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT

To protect the public interest, the district may contract with the City of Friendswood for the city to provide law enforcement services in the district that exceed the services that would otherwise be provided in the district by the city.
