Sec. 3857.052. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

From persons recommended by the board, the county judge:
(1) of Liberty County shall appoint directors for positions 1, 2, and 3; and
(2) of Chambers County shall appoint directors for positions 4 and 5.
