Sec. 3858.156. HOTEL OCCUPANCY TAX

The district may impose a hotel occupancy tax in the manner that Chapter 351, Tax Code, provides for a municipality. A tax imposed under this section may not exceed seven percent of the price paid for lodging in the district.
