Sec. 3872.152. MONEY USED FOR IMPROVEMENTS OR SERVICES

The district may acquire, construct, finance, operate, maintain, or provide any works, facilities, improvements, or services authorized under this chapter, Chapter 375, Local Government Code, or Chapters 49 and 54, Water Code, using any money available to the district.
