Sec. 3884.055. DIRECTOR'S OATH OR AFFIRMATION

A director's oath or affirmation of office shall be filed with the district and the district shall retain the oath or affirmation in the district records. A copy of each director's oath or affirmation of office shall be filed with the city's secretary.
