Sec. 3900.102. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT POWERS: LIMITATION

The district has the powers provided by Chapter 372, Local Government Code, to a municipality. The district may not exercise public improvement district powers in a municipality's extraterritorial jurisdiction.
