Sec. 3901.051. GOVERNING BODY; TERMS

(a) The district is governed by a board of five directors elected or appointed as provided by this chapter and Subchapter D, Chapter 49, Water Code.
(b) Except as provided by Section 3901.053, directors serve staggered four-year terms.
