Sec. 5004.151. FORM OF ACCOUNTS; MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS; PUBLIC INSPECTION

  • (a) The board shall keep complete and accurate accounts conforming to approved methods of bookkeeping.

    (b) The accounts and all contracts, documents, and records shall be:

    (1) kept at the district's office; and

    (2) open to public inspection at all reasonable times.
